This notice covers how the website works. Client files, contracts and documents processed during an engagement are covered separately.
Route planner and site search
Planner choices, search terms and filters are processed in your browser; these tools do not submit your selections as a form to the server. They do not use persistent browser storage. Reloading or changing pages resets temporary selections.
The planner only prepares a conversation agenda. It does not create an application, appointment, client record or individual eligibility decision.
Contact, downloads and printing
Email links open a draft in your email application. Drafts opened from the planner include your selected discussion topics. You decide whether to send; the website does not send email automatically. Telephone links open your device’s calling application.
For the first conversation, share your goal and current stage. Do not send a passport, BSN, bank documents or health information. Downloading saves the summary to your device; printing opens your browser’s print dialog.
Technical connection information
When a page is opened, hosting and network providers may receive technical information such as an IP address, requested page and connection time. This application does not create visitor accounts or a client database. Hosting log collection and retention depend on the provider configuration used for publication.
